We design it with you
We walk the house, talk through what you're going for, and lay out a plan — roofline, columns, walkways, trees, wreaths and garland. No two houses get the same cookie-cutter package.

Commercial-grade LED strands cut to fit your rooflines, not big-box strands stapled end to end. They're ours, we store them, and we replace anything that fails mid-season.
We install it — safely
Clips, not staples. Nothing gets nailed, screwed, or stapled into your shingles or fascia. Our crews are insured and trained on steep and multi-story rooflines.
We maintain it all season
A strand goes out in mid-December, you call us and we come fix it. You are not the one on a ladder in the cold two days before your family shows up.
We take it down in January
Takedown is part of the price, not a surprise invoice. We pull everything, check it, and label it.
We store it until next year
Your lights go back to our shop, sorted and boxed by house. Nothing lives in your attic, and next November we show up with a set that already fits.

I'm a roofer. That's my actual trade, and it's the reason I got pulled into the holiday lighting side of this in the first place.
Every January and February I get calls about leaks, and a certain number of them trace back to Christmas lights. Somebody — a homeowner on a ladder, or a cheap crew working fast — put staples through the shingles or drove nails into the fascia to hang a strand. Water finds those holes. Sometimes it takes a season or two to show up, and by then nobody connects the leak to the lights. But that's where it started.
So when John and Matt and I put this together, the first rule was simple: nothing penetrates the roof. We hang everything on clips designed for shingles and gutters. No staples, no nails, no screws into fascia. It takes a little longer and it costs us a little more, and I'm not willing to do it any other way — I'd be the guy fixing it later.
The other thing I'll say: please don't get on the roof yourself. I do this for a living and I still respect a wet roofline in December. Two stories with a frost on it is not the place to save a few hundred dollars. Let us handle it.

A Note from John — this is our home lake

Lake Wylie is where I started this company and it's where I live, so these are my neighbors. Some of the houses we light at Christmas are ones we did landscape lighting on years ago, and I've watched those yards grow in.
That actually matters for holiday work. If we already put in your landscape lighting, we know your transformer, your zones, and where every buried run sits — so the holiday layer goes on top of what's there instead of fighting it, and we're not guessing where to plug in. If we haven't worked on your place before, no problem at all, it just takes us a little longer on the first walk.
Around here the terrain is the thing. Tega Cay and River Hills have those steep lots dropping toward the water, and a strand of lights strung along a steep walkway reads completely differently than it does on a flat yard. We light the grade changes and the steps first, because that's both the prettiest part and the part your guests actually need to see on Christmas Eve.

The Schedule Fills From the Top Down
We start installing in early November and work through to the first week of December. Every year the same thing happens: the calls come in the week after Thanksgiving, and by then we're turning people away. It's the least fun part of the job.
Getting on the schedule costs you nothing and holds your install window — you still choose the date you want the lights switched on. If you're thinking about it at all, call now and decide later.

I wash houses for a living, which means I spend my days about three feet from people's siding, soffits, and gutters. I see these homes in full daylight, up close, in a way most people never see their own house.
Here's what that's worth at Christmas: I already know where the clips will hold and where they won't. I know which gutters are pulling away, which soffit panels have gone soft, and which rooflines have a pitch that looks fine from the driveway and is genuinely no fun once you're on it. We use that when we plan the install, and it's why our lines come out straight and stay up through a January wind.
My honest advice on timing — book before Halloween. I know that feels early. But the calendar fills from the top down, and the people who call the week after Thanksgiving are the ones we have to turn away. We'd rather get you on the schedule and install when you want than tell you no in December.
One more thing, and I'll admit it's self-serving: a wash before the lights go up makes a real difference. Clean white trim under warm lights looks sharp. Green-streaked siding under the same lights just looks lit up. Either way, we'll be honest with you about whether it's worth it on your house.
